For a common cause we will gather on Thursday 07 July at 19:00 at Eleftherias Square in Heraklion, where a very important event will take place!
With the cooperation of the association of professional barbers and hairdressers of Heraklion, we aim to collect hair, which will be donated to the Pancretan association against cancer "Objective-Prophecy", in order to create new wigs.
Giorgos Tsalikis will be there to accompany the event with live music!
"Target-Prevention" with its own breast ultrasound, has been offering free breast cancer screenings for years. The association also provides informative brochures, talks by medical specialists and special sports programs. At the same time, hair is collected from citizens' donations and handmade wigs are made, which are lovingly offered to women who need them. The cost of buying a wig is quite high and is not adequately supported by insurance funds.
For this reason, "Target-Prevention" stands by the side of the women who are fighting, offering them the wigs for FREE, until they complete their treatment.
