With great success the final of the 32nd edition of the "FAROS" competition was held a few days ago at the "FAROS" centre in Heraklion.th Pancretan Beauty Contest.
The title of Miss Crete 2010 was won by 20-year-old Sofia Papadaki from Heraklion, the title of Miss Crete 2010 was won by Marian Makri, the title of Miss Crete 2010 was won by Marina Stefanaki, while 16-year-old Nikoleta Mousaki was elected Miss Crete Young 2010.
The 14 finalists were presented in evening gowns from Mara and swimwear from All Weather. The hairstyles were done by Nicolas Hairdressers, while make-up was done by IEK Morfi & Kepansi.
The main sponsor of the evening was the Slimway beauty and slimming centres, which took care of the finalists' bodies, while the choreographies and the choreography of the girls were done by the international dance academy Yo Bailo dance club.
The companies Unique promotions, Planet Media, AK Vibes, Marin Dream Hotel and studio Manioros also offered their cooperation. The sponsors of the competition are the newspaper Patris, Ydrogios 106,9, the magazines 18 Triada, Best and Dio, the online hub of entercity.gr and e-walk.gr.
The competition was broadcasted by the Pancretan TV CRETA.
For another year Crete proved that in terms of organization it has nothing to envy from the big productions of the genre.
Cretanart Productions, which is responsible for the organization, managed with the help of experienced collaborators to present a flawless result, which ranks the Pancretan Beauty Contest as the top regional artistic event.
The committee included the president of the Panhellenic pageant Mr. Vassilis Prevelakis, Miss Crete 2006 Eleftheria Sokianou and the first runner-up Miss Crete 2004 & Super Star 2009 Chrysa Drakaki.
