Manos Kokolakis was born on 15 September 1988 and grew up in Heraklion, Crete. Influenced by his family environment, it was expected that he too would be involved in singing from an early age. Self-taught and at the age of 23 he started singing in a well-known pub in Heraklion and that was only the beginning since then one proposal after another came from the nightclubs of Heraklion.

Today, he is rightly described as the No1 folk artist of his new generation for our island. Apart from his voice, his big trump card is his stage presence and interaction with the audience, which in combination with the highly entertaining program he offers, makes him one of the best choices in the nightlife of Heraklion in recent years!
