\"Who is the one who steps\" by Thanasis Mavrokostas is a musical and dance performance as a tribute to Cretan traditional dances and Cretan artists who have left an indelible mark on time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is based on the triple cassette of the same name that was filmed in 2012 at the \"Manos Hadjidakis\" garden theatre and on a travelogue that was made throughout Crete, with footage that highlights the history of traditional Cretan dances and with footage from the birthplaces of great artists such as Nikos Xylouris, Thanasis Skordalos, Kostas Mountakis, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is a 90-minute dynamic performance which is accompanied by a 20-member music and dance group from the \"Mavrokosta\" Schools, which chart a 42-year course of tradition and evolution in Cretan dance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
